Tibor Lantos EV. (data controller) processes its clients’ personal data for the following purposes: issuing certificates, complying with legal obligations, handling complaints and comments, reporting data to transportation authorities, maintaining professional contact with graduates. By submitting the application form, the student consents to such data processing. Personal data is processed for a period commensurate with the purpose of the data processing, or until the deadlines specified by tax and other regulations related to these operations. The data controller undertakes to ensure the security of the personal data it processes. It shall take the technical and organizational measures and establish the internal procedural rules necessary to ensure that the data collected, stored, and processed are protected. The personal data shall be processed in a non-public manner. It shall prevent their accidental destruction, unauthorized use, and unauthorized alteration. The data controller may engage an external data processor to process the personal data made available to it, provided that the processor performs only technical operations on the data transferred to it (for example, storage and retention in a computer system). The data controller is responsible for the lawfulness of in the same way as for its own data processing. The student may at any time request information about their processed personal data (by mail at 2120 Dunakeszi, Csokonai utca 26, or by email at info@autos-iskola.hu), request the correction of such data, or except for data processing required by law—request their deletion from the database.

The data controller has prepared this statement in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information
(“Infotv”), Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
(“Civil Code”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“General Data Protection
Regulation” or “GDPR”), and considers its application to be binding upon itself
in the course of processing data as regulated by law.
